Litter is pneumonia, prevent yourself or your neighbor from getting a preventable disease. DON'T LITTER. We lost our neighbor to pneumonia in 2008, and another was terribly sick for four months in 2010, currently ill again in 2011. These fees willl pay the bills - a $30,000 machine, a $2,000 machine, etc.. Entirely preventable for the sighted, for the blind the person needs to be told ... that is....came from....doesn't belong to....don't get lost in someone elses' litter....that is someone's grocery receipt....that is someone's home improvement project receipt.....that is someone's hand wipe or diaper wipe....that is someone's dinner plate....that is someone's mcdonalds meal...that is someone's candybar wrapper, that is someone's beer can....that is someone's cigarette box...that is a hair piece that seems nobody is missing...that is someone's lottery ticket never checked could of been a winner?....that is someone's kitty lying dead in the street on new years morning...that is someone else's daily street flyer or advertisement....that is someone else's elementary book...that is someone's bible (neighbor recovered child name in book)... that is someone's photo's (neighbor recovered)...that is someone eles's damaged credit card....that is someone else's soda can...that is someone else's energy drink...that is someone else's cocktail a bottle with something inside not purchased in that condition... I'm not kidding you, there have been dozens of pieces of litter on any given day. So after years of warnings - here is the TICKET SYSTEM I have made. Please prevent this from happening, take a moment to preserve your own financial capacity - since you purchased something - please dispose of it properly into your own garbage at home, at work, at school, at the store. Don't expect someone else to do your financial house cleaning AT THE SITE (Class C problem) (mouse or rat problem) of a piece of thrown away litter on the frontage way, or here in the yard.
